Doc Bass, a wacky scientist takes Rainbowie back in time with a time machine made from a DeLorean. But after accidentally altering Rainbowie’s past, the future is now on a path of destruction. Rainbowie and Doc Bass must go back further in time to prevent themselves from ruining the future.

Rainbowie finds himself in a game between underwater districts. 2 members from each of the 13 districts must fight to the death before the capital sea city.

Today is Groundhog Day. So was yesterday and the day before for Rainbowie. Rainbowie has been stuck in the same day for longer then he can remember. He must find a way to make Groundhog Day finally end, and day after arrive.
